The El Gato Negro Rental Agreement

is subject to the following conditions:

1. Rent shall be $125 per night for Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and U of A / ASU Spring Break, $100 for Sunday through Thursday. There is a 2-day minimum for rental (3-day minimum for holiday weekends).
2. $10 per additional person, per day, will be charged for parties larger than four.
3. A refundable security and damages deposit of $200 will be charged, which will be returned a week after checkout if no damage has occurred. The cost of any repairs or replacements necessary will be deducted before the amount is refunded.
4. All fees and deposits are payable in advance.
5. No refunds will be given. But we will gladly reschedule your stay if for any reason you are unable to honor your reservation.
6. Tenants may take possession on the day of arrival any time after 2:00 p.m. and must check out by 12:00 noon on the day of departure.
7. Six bath towels (hand towels, washcloths), and one five gallon bottle of water will be provided for the duration of your stay.
8. Faucet water is for personal use only, not to be used for washing vechicles, ATV's etc.
9. Recreational vechicles and fireworks are not permitted on the property.
10. Please respect your neighbors and reduce the noise level after 11 p.m.

*These policies will be strictly enforced. Failure to abide by the above conditions will result in immediate termination of rental contract, and eviction from property without a refund.
